NYC Ladders for Leaders

NYC Ladders for Leaders is a competitive, paid summer internship program for high achieving NYC youth ages 16–21. Run by the Department of Youth and Community Development, it connects students to professional internships at corporations, nonprofits, and government agencies, along with job readiness training and mentorship.

Start/Application Time: Applications typically open in January and close in March; internships begin in July.
